Returns & Refunds

At Shehar Gulabi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.


Returns


- Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.


- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds


- Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


- Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 days.


- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Exchanges


- Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at care@shehargulabi.com


Return Process

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will arrange for a pickup.
